LIVESTREAM CLASSES

All of our classes are livestreamed, so you can take class with us from anywhere in the world!
To take a live-streamed class, book an ‘at home’ class on MindBody, or through our website.
The meeting ID for live-stream classes is 238 220 9726.
Once you have booked your class, go to Zoom.com, click ‘join’ and input the meeting ID.
You will then be admitted into the waiting room.
Please ‘mute’ yourself when you are admitted into the class.
